As you all know that the Heart is an important part of the circulatory system that pumps blood to all over the body. The main function of the heart is to keep the blood oxygenated. It is surprising that the heart’s job is very hard.

The heart beats about 100,000 times per day.

There are about 60,000 miles of the blood vessels in your body. These blood vessels are enough to go around the earth twice.

The average heartbeat of a woman is 8 beats a minute faster than a man’s heart beat.

Other than the cornea of the eye, each and every single cell receives oxygen through the blood that is pumped by the heart. That means, the heart pumps the blood to every single cell of the body.
